At Tres Colori, we want you to love your custom jewelry; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on eligible items. Please note that personalized pieces may be subject to a restocking fee due to their unique, handcrafted nature.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Package Securely
Place your jewelry in its original Tres Colori packaging and ensure it is safely tucked inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
